Depends on just what you are trying to do.

How high are the existing beds?
How wide?
How level does it need to be after they are knocked down?
Are you going to rebuild new beds or will you plant on the flat?
What did you build the existing beds with?

Guessing that they are on 38in centers they were built with modern hippers or bedders so they are pretty tall. If you have the cultivator extension bars, or layoff bars as some call em. Go find 2 plows for a do-all they are really wide a flat. Mount to the layoff bars as close to center as possible if they overlap that's just fine. Mine do. Tie a 2x4 to your cultivator tool bars so it will drag the top of the bed also. Put er in 2nd gear and go to town. Hit the beds as many times as needed to get into shape.
