After further inspection it appears the bolts are not broken off. A previous owner has filled in the holes in an attempt to weld the brackets on. What a mess. :oops: :evil: I have included pictures of how they attempted to attach the brackets. I may end up welding a matching piece on the right one and using the top hole like they did on the left side. You would think someone would try and fix the issue the right way instead of spending more time and money to do it the wrong way!!!!!!!

If you don't need the front mounting holes and they are in good shape, you could swap the finals right and left. It would require changing the axles and a few other things.

I think this tractor will be passed onto another person who has the desire to put some time into it. I really enjoy using them and tinkering with them, mostly using them.

Is it a loboy or a regular cub? Those look like loboy brackets
