A tree fell on my 52 Cub, leaving a nice dent in the hood. The dent could probably be pounded out, but the rest of the hood has issues that could also be fixed, so I'm looking at options. I have a 59 Lo-Boy with a good hood but horizontal exhaust. I guess what I'm pondering is whether I want to try to sell the Lo-Boy or if its worth more to be for parts for the user Cub, if that makes any sense.
Any opinions? John
One other question- a few weeks ago there was a post with a link to a company that is building an Allis G style tractor. They had a line of cultivator parts, but I can't find that post now. Thanks.

Found this using the search feature. Is this it? viewtopic.php?f=9&t=51546&p=428429&hilit=allis+g+style+tractor#p428429
As for keeping the LoBoy for parts, depending on what's wrong with it and how many parts you might use, maybe it might be more cost effective to sell it and buy what parts you need. A hood should not be too expensive, I bought one for a square nose for about $125. You could place a WTB on THE VINE Classified forum.

Thanks fellows. For some reason when I try search I can never find the one I'm looking for. You're right Bill, Orville isn't far, but I'll need to take some biscuits (Smucker's)! John

Simply Smucker's is outside of town, due south on 57. They have products of all the different companies they own. You can fill up a shopping basket in a hurry.

I know. I used to be in that area several times a month. Only problem was I was on the clock with a GPS in the van,
