Rear wheel liner
Picked up some used original rear wheels. Thinking about having them dipped to get all the rust off. One of them has the rubber liner glued on to it the other doesn't. Do I really need the rubber liner?
1947 circle cub #1601 with plow, disc, belly mower, sickle mower, cultivators, blade, drag, wheel weights.

I wonder if the product Flex seal would work to reapply the liner on the inside of the rim. Just a thought.
