Fast Hitch Platform Carrier Drawing

Postby T-Mo » Sat Aug 25, 2018 6:03 am

Using files and drawings that was posted here, I started a 3D model of the fast hitch platform carrier. I still have some things to model up, i.e. the stop for the fast hitch, but here is what I got so far. I can only do these models in my spare time, which seems to be limit these days due to work, grandkids, etc.

That should work, although I haven't had the pleasure of messing with a fast hitch.

I used an old beat up wheelchair rack and a few other bits I had around for mine. I threw a piece of rubber floor mat on it yesterday to haul rocks and bits of concrete to fill up some holes in the access road that goes down to the barn. Those racks are handier than a pocket on a shirt.

I was looking online at pics of homemade boom poles to get ideas and found a couple of other ideas I liked. A bench seat for two people that hitches up to the lift and faces forward. And a dump bucket made from a wheelbarrow tub. I think I've got my winter projects all lined up now.
Waking up the ol' Cub

Nah, it's not leaking oil. It's just marking it's territory.
