Any recommendations as to best/most economical source for gaskets?? Prices lean me towards making my own except for specially ! (head/manifold). Dusty B

Agree. Gasket material is not too expensive.

I've made my own for years; no problems, even manifold gaskets.

Sharpie ink pen with fine point, X-acto knife and a roll of both cork and oil-resistant fiber and you're in business. Take your time and you'll be fine. If you feel it's too much, you only have one alternative--buy them.

And you generally only need two sizes of punches. Better than trying to cut the bolt holes.
