I'm so glad you got it started! It feels great to bring an old cub back to life. I went through the same items with my '52 and that first startup was do rewarding!

Congratulations! Try to put some hours on it before you put on the hood. Helps you decide if you need to do something else. I would recommend replacing the governor spring and making sure the governor control lever is loose and well lubricated before you put the hood on. Also, lubricate the generator and the fan hub. Inspect and clean all of the electrical connections.

Run some seafoam in the oil and gas and may be in the spark plug holes overnight to loosen any stuck rings.

After you get about 5 or 10 hours of engine run time do another oil and filter change.
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!
