Cub value??? times 4

Postby MikeS » Sat Mar 07, 2020 7:55 pm

I ran across an older gentleman the other day and visited for a few minutes with him before he had to leave and didn't get to really finish conversation. He has 4 older red cubs that he used to use for his garden, each one with a different piece of equipment on it. They have been sitting in a barn for over 5 years and he is talking about getting rid of all of them and having never priced or really looked at a cub was wondering what they would be worth? If someone can give me pointers to look for and find out more info about them and the deal is sweet I may have to become a cub owner. Thanks.

^^^^^This! Don’t take someone with you that you think will try to buy them out from under you.

Hi there! :hattip:
Just in case you are interested, there is a Cubfest a tad over 3 hours from you in Bogalusa, March 20-21. There will be many folks from all over (I'm driving from North Carolina!), and it would be a great opportunity to meet fellow cub enthusiasts. Maybe if you buy one of (or all!) his cubs, you can bring it/them over...there will be some knowledgeable folks who can help you with some issues, if you have any. Oh, and great food, too!! :{_}:

:Dito: Cubfest in bogalusa is not too far from you , worth the effort to go ! i can speak for me , i would only pay a third of the value of a running cub for a nonrunning cub . nonrunners can hide just too many $$$$ repairs . coppersmythe.................
