You can download the manuals on here for free. Print them and put in a binder if you like. You can even get manuals for implements and attachments.

Does the noise sound like the fan rubbing on the fan shroud? If so this may sound crazy
Check your hydralic fluid level, My 1975 cub when it makes the fan rubbing on the shroud noise I need to check my hydralic oil. Dave F.

Might double check for a fill plug in the fan , just incase someone lost the original and substituted a set screw that is dust/dirt covered.
