Hi,
TM Tractor at the bottom of the page has a new gear shift lever.
Below is the listing, you can look at the pics, it is for use with the standard, spring style seat.

They have a new knob also.

You probably need a new gasket, after removing the shifter.

They have other shifter parts also.
