That looks just like the ones I get on a very regular basis from fake ebay and fake paypal. Guess they're trying a new tack.

Jeff:

I was just gonna mention that... I regularily get stuff like that sent to me from persons purporting to represent eBay, PayPal, RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) and other entities...

It really surprises me that they are now trying this scam on FarmallCub.com.

Also, it appears that whoever is running this particular little project probably has a virus lab or gets their jollies from messing up people's computers..

Scoundrels, scallywags... I can think of a hundred different adjectives to describe this particular brand of hummin been... but I won't..

General rule of thumb..

Unless it is addressed to you either with your given names/nicks/usernames or other legitimate address -- not only ignore, just delete. Don't even bother opening the stuff.. and for God's sake do not open up any attachments.

I just had to completely redo a puter because a youngun did precisely that -- opened an attachment.. NASTY :!: :!:  :(
