can you use heat on the bolts that hold the bat box on. i've got 3 out of 4 out but the 4th one feels like it'll snap if i force it.

Panelbeater, a little heat won't hurt anything. Something I found that works well is to soak it well in penetrant, take an impact wrench and turn the pressure down. Hit it with the impact and let the vibration and penetrant do it's job. You're not trying to get it to turn at this point. After a couple of minutes, turn the pressure up and hit it some more. Be patient and let the vibrations do the work. Turn it up a little at a time. If it breaks this way, it was likely going to break anyway.
If you don't have an impact wrench, this is a good excuse to get one.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Soak it good first. Soak it for a couple of days, hitting it with more 2 or 3 times a day if you can.

Ratchet

I use my lower-powered air ratchet to vibrate rusty small bolts, it seems to work pretty good.
