Doc, I suggest you take notes of all such items during dis-assembly so you can be sure to address them prior to re-assembling things. Handle that type of repair out where you have room to get at it.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

aint got a clue bout nothing, we (farmall cub.com and i) are taking this beast apart one thing at a time.
i know not to strip things, and know when to stop and ask for help.
i was looking at the fan, and kinda figured, it aint coming off from the back, as that square nut apparently slides up and down that slide, so i must loosten something in front. got to get the raditor off first to get better look. but got to figure out how to get them stripped screws off first. im thinking take a dremel tool to it, grind the heads off, put the shroud out.??????????????????????????????

Doc, look at the shaft. It will either be hex shaped or have 2 flats on it. You turn the shaft, not the nut, to loosen it.

John,
Use a manual impact driver in the bottom ones. The kind you start to turn the screw and then smite with a hammer. They do 3 things... seat the driver in the slot at the instant of impact, exert more force than you can with a screwdriver, and use the vibration from impact to good advantage. The remaing screw on the shroud may come out with one too, but the lighter material of the support will make it less effective.

John, if I understod you corrrectly, the threads are stripped and the screws turn but won't back out. Try getting something thin uder the edge of them and try backing them out while prying with it. You may be able to get teh following threads to catch.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

I agree with JimmyE.
But if you cut the slots 90 degs. Try and work them back and forth instead of trying to gorilla them out. Easy does it and keep soaking them down. Just takes a patients.
Good Luck
