Wow Cowboy. Looks great. I know exactly how you feel, it takes a lot of patients and re-doing to get everything right, but when it's done, it feels great. Don't worry, it'll turn green.

Thanks Guys
Ron I am not done yet. I just pulled it around back. I have to get the cross braces on it yet and bolt the floor in.
Toolman yep the blade got it that smooth
I disked it to loosen it up then graded it. I should have plowed it first but their is a propane line in there somewhere and I did not want to get into it. It will not cut through grass or hard packed clay you have to plow or disk it first.
Bob I haven't seen red grass before where do you get it
I got the roller from TSC thursday. Its 24"x 48" it would have been nice to find one a foot wider my tires are one notch out and it doen not quite cover the rear wheels.

Hey Billy. What a great job. I think you should leave it that way and just blend/match your grass mowing lines along with those dirt lines
and you'll have a picture perfect conversation piece. I can see your talent once again from your knowledge of heavy equipment. Again, Great job, Rick

Billy i was glad to see you compacteds it with the roller. 18 inches isn't a whole lot of fill but if not compacted can make you wish you had after the first winter. You are an artist with a blad.

we use the rollers from TSC at work also. However always change the tongue out for a longer one. It just bolts in and you get a longer piece of sq tube and drill and bolt it in. seems to make it a lot easier to work with

Billy,
Great looking yard!!! Super job. Looks like you're planning ahead for some more seat time with the mower
If you want you can come down and do my back yard , it could use a once over
and by the way where did you go to get that picture
Did you climb a tree or what
