Has anybody every put duallys on a Cub. I got that loader and it could use the extra traction without making the cub any heavy.Any pics would greatly appreciated.

Thanks

best thing yopu can do is to hang weight off of the back of the tractor about 350lbs 2' behind it is about right. makes the tractor much easier to steer and is better for the front end. adds traction also. Worksaver three point with box blade or fast hitch with heavy blade works good. dual adaptors were made and work good. somepeople bolt duals on with washers to space the tires out others just bolt the duals on. If you set the wheels in to the loader frame then with washers might be able to add second wheel. MAKE SURE THE BOLTS ARE TIGHT ON THE DUAL ADAPTORS IF USED otherwise you will keyhole slot the wheel and break the bolts
Good Luck

I would suggest reading the Adapters thread..

As for not increasing weight, I would assume that if you have weights on now, removed them to install the second wheel and DID NOT re-install the weights, you would minimize the additional weight.... but seeing as I have not done it.. yet.. I am not sure.. :?

Geore will know for sure :!:  :D
