Saturday Evening Meal at Cubfest Northeast

Just me again with questions. I met with the caterer ( term uses loosly) yesterday. His question. Do you want a mix of BBQ'd chicken and BBQ'd ribs or just chicken. My answer. Beats the he.. out of me let me ask. So here it is. If you are planning to attend the cubfest and want to partake in an evening meal of good food and great Cub conversation please let me know. I need an idea of how many will be at the meal and what they want.

Personally I like Chicken and Ribs.. but Em would prefer Chicken. Course, y'all do things differnently down there, so whatever works for me... we get to try something different. As far as the meal ingredients, I really am not that concerned. All I want to do is make sure that I can get 2 shirts.. one for Emilie (note spelling) and one for me... and to GET TO CUBFEST :!: Anything else is just icing on the cake :!:

Chicken is my vote, though I do like ribs.
There will be 7 of us coming, my wife, Erik (14), Aron (11), Emily (9), Hannah (4), and Anneliese (2), so we will be good for at least five dinners. The little ones don't eat much.

1. Name and contact number or email for the Comfort Inn closest to your that I can use my airmiles with.. I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS Yeah ... Cubfest Here we Come.. doo dah doo dah :!:
2. What is the brand name and equivalent female sizes for the T-Shirts.. cause I need to place an order pronto
3. Oh, and the dates again please.. I lost em.. little pieces of paper are not a good idea on my desk
4. And I gotta get name tags made, passport pics and passports, doc notes with scripts and preclearance on my meds... ohhh lots of stuff to do, and sooo very little time to do it in

The dates are October 13, 14 and 15. The shirts are denim and the sizes run true for S,M,L, EL etc in both male and female sizes. I have you and Emilie both down for shirts but require sizes and what names you would like on each shirt. Below is the hotel info again so you have it.

I called tonight again.... and the lady had NO CLUE where Kinderhook was.. and asked me to tell her roughly where it might be So, I said to her... Ma'm I am in Canada.. I haven't got a clue..

Now I am off to a 1-888 number to see if I can get me reservations squared away..
