removing drive sprocket from 174 planter

i am trying to get the drive sprocket from the 174 planter off the right wheel housing. it is just a 5/8 bolt with a square head, but it is recessed a bit. and is starting to the head is starting to strip. just ran out of pb blaster. the sprocket doe not look to be compatible with 151 plow or 193 plow

got the sprocket off, now i need a cover plate

There is no cover plate used on that side.
