Platform Carrier Boards

Postby Matt Kirsch » Sun Feb 18, 2007 11:14 am

Has anybody posted the "correct" dimensions for the platform carrier boards?

I've tried several searches, seen lots of promises to post the dimensions, but no dimensions :(

Hi Matt. I did a search and came across this original one from Denny's site. Looks like the boards are all 48" wide(according to everyone's dimensions). The bottoms are 2x8"s and the backs are 1x8"s. Hope this helps.

That's the size that I used on mine. I copied them from the originals that were on the carryall.

Matt, what you used as a link is a URL when you supersized the picture. Try this.

I know. I'm trying to display the image in the thread, not post a link to it.

Problem is, I can't find the right URL that points at the picture directly. Why didn't I have this trouble with the pancake lights?

Just like this:

Matt,

I did the edit to your post so you can go back and see what I did.

To get the url of the picture just right click on the picture itself, select properties, then copy the url.
Easy

Matt - go back to the point where you were then left click on that picture. That will open up the picture to it's full size. Then right click and pick up the picture url from the properties menu.

I GIVE UP! You get the idea of what I'm up to at least...

BD, I'm doing exactly what you say, but all I get is either the -4198 link, or this "javascript;;" thing.

THERE WE GO!

This is my first welding project, so it ain't the prettiest up close, but I'll consider it a success if it doesn't fall apart the first time I put something on it :)
