I saw the red X. WHen I pulled the URL out of the X and tried it directly, I got a page from Village Photo that said:

Yep I see. It doesn't work for me either here at home. Worked fine at work after several openings last night.

I see a nice picture of the PTO convertor attached to a Cub that appears to have a 3 pt hitch.
