Local Fire

Postby Ralph » Tue Feb 03, 2004 9:40 pm

Fellas there was a huge fire here locally in northern Ky. at what used to be a tobaco warehouse. ( approx. 100,000 sq. ft.) That has been used for a new and used equiptment sales for the last 15 years or so the guy mostly did consignment sales. It is a total loss the fire burned hot for 24 hours with tanks exploding and rubber burning.
Probably 150 tractors all kind of equip. you name it and it was in there .
I go there often to look at old iron when I have some time to kill .
I hope he continues his buisness because he was the only one left in these parts.
I know there was 1 cub 5 grader blades and I think there was about 10 woods and IH belly mowers.
NO one was injured but there is a lot of toasted tractors.
Shoot low Sherriff they are Riding Shadows

That's a shame! Probably won't be much salvageable stuff either.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

My wife says I don't listen to her. - - - - - - - - Or something like that!
