belt pulley seal

i'm cleaning up a belt pully for Pete and got stuck on the input shaft seal. the seal says 19857D (CR), and TC-37 says it's replaced by 63 431 C1. neither number shows up in NAPA's cross.
the output seal was no problem.
ask the board go to sleep.... wake up with the answer

I just replaced both awhile back. The seal on the belt pulley shaft is a National #471765 and the one for the in-put shaft is a National #450048.
