Exhaust Mod.

Postby Harold R » Mon Feb 23, 2004 12:32 am

Not to make fun of another persons idea, but this one gave me a chuckle at a time when I could really use one. I'm sure it's functional and easy to build, but looks like the fumes would be in your face. Looks like it may swivel, which would help.

That's the optional side thrust exhaust. It counter-balances the offset of the tractor.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

It seems that back pressure would be an issue with that type of muffler. The more rich it would run, the more exhaust fumes you would get back in your face.

I saw a Cub sold at auction that had a weird exhaust modification. He had plumbed it so he could attach a hose to gas woodchucks.
