What is correct painting for the Cub front wheels ? All red or with a galvanized rim and red center

Correct is whatever pleases the owner. If copying the original is important, they would be all red.

They were all red, unless they were all yellow or all white.

Most of the unrestored ones I've seen were painted rust.
