Now This Is A Litttle Better

Postby Cub-Bud » Sat Mar 06, 2004 11:22 pm

This Ebayer was trying to get over $900.00 for this one a few weeks ago. I guess when he had no takers the first time around, he changed his tune.

C.B.,

Sorry, but I think he's still nuts. Knowing it came from a salvage yard, do you think it would have un-broken finals or radiator tank left on it? I don't either!

I do think the wheel weights would be O K, though.

To say the least George. His description defies logic:

it will steer and roll..although the steering arms are not connected

I agree with both of you. I am not gassing-up the truck and making a trip to Texas for that, not for $290.00  :!: That is why the title of my post is "Now This Is A Little Better", rather than "Now That's More Like It" or "Now This Is A Better Bargain".

:?: I didn't get what he was talking about as far as the silver emblems instead of black, and there is no hood for emblems? "Jack"

He is describing the color of the serial # tag.

Just in case someone was sitting on the edge of their chair awaiting the outcome, This eBay item didn't get a bid. Not even at the give-away price of $295. Boo Hoo!

Actually there is way more than $300.00 worth of parts on it. Just needs to be close. Not worth driving for.
