will the arms from a 2-point fast hitch slide in the 1-point fast hitch for the cub? I am making implements to use with my fast hitch and I can get a hold of some 2 point fast hitch arms will they work for me?

You need 3 inch high prongs and would need to add the vertical part to control roll movement.

The large point FH points are the same size as the Cub, 100, 140 etc....
The Super C, 200...... points are called small point. The points are nor as tall as the "large" point.

30 + tractors including 2 French Super Cubs, French Cubs, 1963 Industrial Cub, 1955 Cub Highcrop etc...German and French built IH tractors and some bigger IH tractors. Of course I have about 20 IH trucks and an IH refridge in the Shop.
