I took the information for the free gas cap and sent away for it.
Is it just me, or does it look like a cap off a rattle can?

I agree, they do look funny, but my prefernece is for the safety over the traditional cap. People that want the original can always use the safety cap until they get to the show, then change it on site.

Bill,

Go to Rudi's site. You can print out a form and send it in.

I sent away for two caps and it took six weeks to get them. I'll be sending away for another for my B Farmall soon.

I just received my cap and it took less than a month. I used Rudi's form. I didn't know about this until I read about it on the posts on this site. I seem to learn something every time I log in. Thanks to Rudi again and also to all the guys that are so helpful. Bob :)

I just printed out the form from Rudi's site, I printed out an extra for the neighbor as well, he has an H , a super M and 2 super C's , I have a Cub and my dad has a Cub Lo-Boy. I can't fill my tank past halfway as it starts to leak like a sieve, especially when bouncing around discing in the furrows. Thanks again for the info T.J.

I just sent in for several caps last week. I believe i would not waste any time submitting your serial number, there's probably going to be an end soon. then OEM had them for $30.00.

Art, I suspect that for liability reasons they track the serial numbers. Thye probably won't send one without the serial number, or if one has already been sent for that serial number.

I think he meant not to waste time getting the request in.

You're probably right, just different ways fo phrasing things in different areas.

I've received several caps in the last couple weeks. It only costs $.37 to send in the request. When they really do end the program, surely we will all know it.
