Could theoretically be a highway department Cub, I suppose. I know there were yellow highway dept. Cubs...

Actually, check with George Willer.. it probably is his. There may also be a few others around as well. It is a colour preference I guess, not factory original. George has a pair that are almost identical, one red and white and one yellow and white. Can't remember the names..  :!:

I just bought a yellow and white '60 loboy. It has red paint under it, so I am sure it is not original. People got awful creative over the years.

Prolly someone wanting a newer look after the square grill Cubs came out & repainted it that way. I have only seen solid yellow on round hood Cubs that were most likely state highway tractors for mowing or industrial use.

I am guessing it is the one in Nichols New York. Wow, that starting price is what I had pay to get Griswold here outta the weeds he had been sitting in. Fortunately he was all there and it didn't take much to get him running at Scott Beedon's CubFest.

Check out the original yellow '63 in Ken Updike's book. (pictures on here somewhere) It came down the line in front of my red '63
