Would a '52 cub come with a '53 and up snow plow?
Well, I just found a cub up the road, and brought it home 24 hours later. Yeah! It is an all-original 1952 as far as I can tell. The snow plow on it has the big spring on the 'lifting arm' that my 1949 plow doesn't have. According to TM parts pages, the plow is a 1953 and up plow. Is it 'correct' on the 1952? The owner states it was bought that way 'way back'. I have an earlier plow that I could swap, but this one seems like it would be more forgiving if it hit something hard. I want to do some landscaping around the place, and am wondering what setup I should keep. I'll try to post a pick of my new love. Thanks for any feedback. Harold in CT
