Cub up and running
Once I established a flow of gas from tank cub fired right off but will only run when fully choked. Another problem is I cannot seem to move the throttle rod with the throttle lever it is lowest idle position I cannot see where it could be binding. All help appreciated.

Appreciate the advise
I will check that out tomorrow, i used Chemtool carurator fluid to establish flow to Carb. it cleaned the gum out of the sediment valve. This cub belonged to my dad, and he was raised farming so when he got this cub in 1976 it is a 75 model. 1 to 2 acre gardens were numerous here. He loved gardening and he love that cub, I am now starting to see why. All help appreciated.

For the choke problem, check the main jet in the carb. Sounds to be plugged. For the throtle check to make sure the governor control lever is free to turn on the shaft. That shaft gets rusted and won't allow the lever to move.
