bad grinding

Hey guy's
My 49cub has a bad gear grind. I push in the clutch and try to get it into gear but it just grinds. It will go into gear after awhile of playing with it Do I need a new clutch? Please help.

Look at Rudi's post "That special Feeling" he gives a very good clutch adjustment direction.

I plan to do this and let the board know, you should do the same.
