Rusty Bolts
Does anyone recommend applying anything to bolt threads, particularly those that have been cleaned of rust on a wire wheel, before reassembling? Always looking to learn something from the experts. Thanks

Use anti-sieze. That way you won't have to worry about it. As for galvanized bolts, I would rather not. Use what you have especially if they are still good. If not, get new ones, grade 8 is possible. A little overkill on a bolt never hurt nothin', but a busted grade 5 when you are in the field mowin or plowin is a pain in the you know where Don't ask ok
