reinstalling transmission

three 10" 1/2 13 pitch bolts with the heads cut off allowed for effortless re-installation of the transmission. you cannot put a guide bolt in the upper steering wheel side because it will not clear the steering base casting.
the trans was back in the tractor in 30 seconds :)

sure was easier than lying under an 64 impala trying to put a 4 speed back in :!:

Cool - When I put in a new drive shaft last summer this would have made it a bit easier. Nice idea
