Drawbar Hole Size

Postby Don McCombs » Wed Jun 30, 2004 8:15 am

I don't have my drawbar handy to measure for myself, so can anyone tell me the diameter of the long row of holes at the rear of the drawbar. TIA.

Hi All

I think they were 5/8th inch original, after I drilled one of mine out to 3/4 someone posted you can special order 5/8 shank ones from auto parts stores. I don't know what stores or location. Just something I read her about a month ago after I opened up my center one to 3/4 Paul K. in N.h.

Most any auto parts worth their salt can get you a trailer ball
with 5/8 shank. Auto zone is the worst parts store I know of and even they can get them.
If it's been broken I did it.
If its not broken wait till I touch it.
