Dyno Ratings

OK guys, I was there in person and was a witness to the tests run on "Cubota", "Flamey" and others. All I saw were numbers on a clipboard. We want HP rating after the numbers were crunched.

We fans of these cubs want (yes, demand!) results of the test. :D :D :D :D

Here's CUBOTA's readings. You'll notice the excel graph that we made up for a normal cub stops at 2500 rpm's. Note: CUBOTA is not normal :D :D :D There's no way for me to enter the rest of the chart up to the 3000rpm's that we started with on CUBOTA. I don't have the smarts to create a new graph, so you'll have to guess at the outcome

Rick - send Dennis a PM. I'm sure that at one time XLS files were permissible.

.xls files are allowed, don't know about .xlxs? (was this a typo??) Convert it to a .pdf and it will upload.

Any other fcub numbers???

Someday i'd like to build a C60 and have it on the dyne. I have a feeling we can get some higher numbers out of it with some tricks i learned in the past. I wish our old flat head guru was still alive from the old dirt track stock days to get some advise from. He had an old flat head ford v8 running head to head with the 350 chevy's on the track. Of course its the driver and the suspension too but the power comes from the engine.

Rick,

I'm pretty sure that we shook hands, but don't remember for sure. I watched you work on several carbs, one that Dale had was mine. You were going to make up a gas line for me also, but I had to leave and don't know if you got to it. I left Dale in charge of taking care of it, in case you made it. You were a busy man. Thanks for all you did at the "Bash".

I'm the one that you got the small hyd cylinders from.

Was kindof a typo. It say xlsx instead  . Must be something new the engineers thought up to acquire more money down the road

Now if I could find how to convert to pdf :D

Raymond, Dennis is trying to get things ironed out over in the "Testing Forum" for me.

Thanks,
Rick

Rick,
If you e-mail the data and graph file to me I can both fix your graph and save to a pdf for you. Side effect of being an engineer - proficiency in Excel and manipulating data.
