In the quest to fix my Carb/choke problem, I decided to replace the last original part left in my carb - the main jet. The IH dealer show 3 different main jets, but only one is still available (you would think the process of elimination would come into play here), but just to be on the safe side does anyone know the part number for the jet. The dealer ask if I had the old or new style carb? My cub is a 52 model and the jet screws in from the outside of the carb (away from the tractor)
Thanks again,
Bobby W
Does anyone repair carbs on this forum. Could I send the carb to someone and have them repair/tune or whatever it needs??

Bobby:
Donny gave you the part # you need. That is the one I order and it fits nicely.
But hey, guess what You can actually do the searches yourself. For instance, here is the page showing the Exploded View of 3/4" Updraft Carb. And here is the next page with the Part Numbers Page 1 and Part Numbers Page 2.
Just click on any of my posts and then the Cub Manuals link. The parts manuals are all there. That way you will be prepared when you visit your dealer.
