Yes there is, but they were aftermarket items, with the most common ones being made by Howard Rotovator company for use with their rear tillers. They mounted between the left final drive and the transmission. They were for speed reduction, not for increased pulling power, and with one installed the final drives were about 6 ot 8 inches further apart, so any bolt on attachments had to have spacers.
