Road Trip Bounty

Well, here it is. 62 lo-boy. Been shedded all it's life. No rust, original battery box complete and intact. Other than a missing grill and some minor hood damage, the only problem is a cracked left final drive housing. All it has ever done is mow a church lawn. All the implement mounting holes in the torque tube bosses still have the corks in them. Even the belt guard was there. Not too bad for $825!

Looks like it has never been repainted and has all the original (rarely replaced) decals showing. You should take good pictures of all of them to record the location and what they look like.

Jim, it is still in original condition and it appears that the decals are mostly intact. Including the ones on the mower deck. So I will document as much as possible.

Rudi, I will get it cleaned up and take some pics with measurements.
C.B. I am thinking about bringing it next week if I can get it cleaned up but I don't want to load and unload it too much until I get that final drive casting replaced. So it may have to wait until next year.

Sweeeet!

I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you...

Well, not really. I'm jealous, but my anger management class hasn't gotten to "anger displacement" yet :D

Seriously - congrats on another fine addition to the collection! :D

Ralph, I thought I was lucky to sneak that one out from under your nose without you catching me! It was mighty close to you. 8) 8)

Bigdog, Congrats on your excellent find! I have both a left and a right final drive for a loboy that I could let you have for a very reasonable price. Both have all the gears and shafts included. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.
