Looking for Information about Cubs

My wife’s aunt has two Cubs that say International on them and are yellow & white. Her memory (which isn’t that exact) was that they got them new in the 50’s and used them for cultivating their row crops. They were truck farmers that sold at the Ann Arbor MI Farmers market for more then 50 years. Her husband died three years ago so she is downsizing and the cubs are no longer needed. I’m getting them ready to sell and want to know how to figure out what year they are and what they are worth. Both have hydraulics & the cultivator attachments under the belly and have been converted to 12 volts. One of them has the side mount fertilizer but is missing the hopper and the plate that goes in the bottom of the hopper. They are not show tractors as they have been used, but not abused, over the years. Some rust, but not a lot and very good tires.

Hi and welcome to the Cub Forum.

Might I suggest that you read this: :?: New Members and Visitors, Please READ. There is a wealth of information available at the links in that post and it is a must for all new Cubbers to read.

Things such as: Cub FAQ's, [url=http://www.farmallcub.com/CubInfo.htm
]Cub Info[/url], The Best of H.L. Chauvin, and of course the Cub Manual Server.

The Cub FAQ's #1 specifically section 13, have the pics of the Cubs by year group with the serial numbers. The location of the serial numbers is discussed in section 3 of the FAQ's.

Your Aunt's Cubs if they are Yellow and White are at the earliest 1963 and on.

If you have some pics you can post, I betcha you will probably find a buyer right here on this forum. BD, you payin attention :?: :?: :?: Hey Ralph, another Yaller project for ya :!:

Hope this helps a bit
