I have a 1975 yellow & white cub that has the sealed beam head lites, On back of the lites there is a 2 prong socket, I am in need of the 2prong plug/pig tail. I looked in my parts book but couldn't find it. any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Dave F.

I show 381182R91 for the male pigtail for the front lights.
530029R91 is the female connector that mounts in the head light.

35 and 50 dollars respectively.

Brillmans may be able to help. I have their harness and while the connector is not a round plug like original, it does fit the original lamp socket.

Yea, those prices are crazy.
I made my own with 899385R1, which is the original round connector, and Packard 56 series female terminals, which snap into it.
You can find ones that fit but are not round like Bob in CT said.

That is the connector type used by Brillman. I suppose an ambitious person could make it round with a ring mold and some black epoxy... The rubber bulkhead fitting is a bigger concern to me as mine are getting brittle.

brianb wrote:Indy and Bob, what part number or numbers do you show for the rear socket and pigtail, the number I found was for the rear and it came off of the online CNH parts lookup source, it shows it as one assembly, I am wondering how accurate that source is now.

In the parts book, 387 403 R91 is item 4 page 22 Group 8 in TC37F Rev 6 8-79. It only points to the pigtail. As for the light housing, which the socket is shown to be a part of, the only serviceable items are the bulbs.
