You might try getting some dry ice and place in a termos with rubbing alcohol. Take a Q tip and place in the mixture and place a cc or so on the extractor. Place punch on extractor. Hit punch hard with ahmmer. If extractor shatters you are home free. pick out the piieces. Repeat as necessary. Extractors are hard and BRITTLE steel.

That torch trick would not work on an aluminum block.
