Looks correct as it stands, with the exception of the missing yellow paint on the replacement carburetor and the hydraulic pump that for some reason isn't showing any paint either. Has this tractor ever been repainted?

It appears to be original.

The 1962 Lowboy is Federal Yellow from the Case IH dealer.

A 70 Lo-boy looks nothing like a 62.
58-63 Cub

58-63 Lo-boy, although some were yellow as Elkhead's is.

Re: paint on 1962 Lowboy correct colors??
The down side of the early yeller Lo Boys is that there may be a little too much yeller when it's not broken up with a white hood. But surely that is a common color for them.
My answer is your choice entirely. I think they are unique all yellow. Yellow is harder to remove and harder to paint. It is also a bit more money than red.
I highly recommend CaseIH IronGuard paint. 'Federal Yellow' is the color and I would get quart(s) and some rattle cans. Not sure how they were originally, but white rims and centers would probably look good too.

Heres one with a white hood. But it's not a '62 it's a '52
