Snow blade set up

I have the grader blade set up for snow plowing, (1958 Cub) however I have never used or seen the flexible clevis assembly show on TMTRACTOR's web site. What purpose does it serve? Is it something I should be using?

Rick, I think the fact that you seldom see one of them attests to the fact that they are not a necessity. They will, however, provide a little float for the blade.

a 4 or 5 inch piece of chain will accomplish the samething and costs a lot le$$.

I couldn't help myself, I went and purchased the flexible clevis assembly from TMTRACTOR. I want to give it a try and see if it makes a difference.

I had one on my plow. I removed it so I could get a little more height. I found no use for it. :D

I agree. Installation of the clevis makes mine left no more than in inch off the driveway, perhaps less.
