Plugs

Postby David D. smith » Tue Nov 16, 2004 8:45 pm

You can buy a spark plug thread chaser at any good auto parts store. I was allways reluctant to use them as you know where the crud goes. But when you install the new plugs it dislodges a lot of that crud and you know where it goes. I hold a shop vac close when I do chase the threads and hope nothing gets under the valves.
Put a little Never Seez on the threads when installing the plugs.
