Axle thread count
Thread count is 18 tpi. Pretty tough on the eyes (mine at least) counting thread this fine, but I also verified this is correct with a thread file.

Lacking a thread gauge, it's possible to determine the pitch easily by finding a bolt that would mesh with the threads. In this case, it would be a 5/16 NC, which is 18 TPI. Saves squinting and counting. Just not as handy as a gauge.
