:P I just got a call from Donny a bit ago wanting to know the latest report on Rudi. He is on his way home to Texas from finishing this particular tower job. He was in slow traffic (collision) in Shreiveport I believe. Anyhoo I told him the latest update I had to offer and he was pretty happy to hear the good news. :P
Then came Bronson

Thank you Jesus for Rudi's recovery. I know what it is like yo live with pain like that. No one should have to. I had hopes at one time of going to John Hopkins to get a new heart, but they won't touch me either. Said I couldn't survive a operation. Every few months my Dr. squeezes a couple of stints in one place or another. My wife and I both have been following your updates on him and he has been in both our prayers. As are all of you.

Hi guys,

Here's an new email from Gordon. Between Gordon and Bruce there are doing an excellent job in keeping us informed about our buddy Rudi.

My thanks to both Bruce and Gordon.

"Hi John,
I talked with Emily last nite and this morning. Rudi is getting his walks in and moving about,he wants to have the Doctor release him on monday.I plan to visit him on Sunday if all goes well.
John this is the good news we all have been waiting for! Please let all the good cubbers know.
Regards,
Gordon"

What do you want to bet ole Rudi will be twisting that Dr's arm really hard to let him go home :?:

Yes, Gordon is so right, it is really great news and we sure have missed his words of wisdom and his presence here on the forum.
