Is this what it says front mount? Almost looks like PTO shaft. I can't see clearly enough.

Thanks Jim. There is so much here that I have to learn about cubs and then there are the numberd low boys which are all different.
From what you taught us, the seller is saying the wrong thing.
What is creeper gear? Is it like (grandma) low low in a truck?
Ignorance is bliss they say. That makes me the happiest person in the world I guess. To cut down on my ignorance I have to keep picking all you guys brains. Still got enough ignorance left over though, to be blissful for a century.
Thanks for you help!!!

I wouldn't say the seller it lying, just a little selective in what truth he included. True statement that the chute control rod isn't with it. He just didn't mention that the other missing parts would be enough to fill another pallet.
When somebody claims something fits a Lo-Boy, you need to keep in mind that there were multiple models. What fits one won't necesarily fit another.
The creeper gear for the numbered Lo-Boys is actually a dual range unit that fits in front of the main transmission.

As you can see from this photo, there is significant bracketry missing from the e-bay item. But if it goes cheap enough, it would be a good start for a project.
