Most of the Y & W cubs are re-painted with cub cadet paint. You should find it at any cub cadet dealer or http://www.cngco.com.

I might have a decal I will give you if it requires the same three position switch decal as the earlier red cubs. I think it does.....anyone know :?:

Actually, the original decal was a straight 4 position decal, not the curved 3 position. I have not seen one available from any of the usual sources.

I know that that decal was reproduced by Bob Z. so Ken should have one as Jim mentioned.

Hi Richey...Be sure to check http://www.ihregistry.com for their helpful paint section. I beleive that your IH White will be either a 102 or 103. Sadly IH dealers don't carry either anymore, and, like me, you may have to find a close match. If your Cub was supposed to have IH 102 White...I found a very near identical match with Valspar #21935 Almond. You might want to check it out on a test area.

Richey:

Check the Cub Manual Server.
The Paint Chart is there under the heading Paint, Decals & Other Finish Questions, then click on Paint Chart.

I think I just read in Ken Updike's book that the correct white for the Yellow and White Cub's is IH 902.

I don't know if it is exactly right or not, but the color that I will use is PPG Delstar DAR8665. The dot on the can looks right.
Don't have my references handy though or I would give you the colors I got from a Cub Cadet site.

An exact match for the White is Ford 9n. You can also get it in a base coat if you want. I used to work for BASF and matched Automotive paint. I send an original chip to friend and put it in the Color Eye.

I got my 4 position sticker from MY IH dealer, I also am making a few of the battery box decals for that model, which you can not buy. Send my your address and ill send you one
i have a few tractor pics on my site i should have started taking them before i took it apart
