Rear Rock Shaft Replacement Bushings

Postby Phillip W. Lenke » Thu Mar 31, 2011 5:50 am

New Product!!! Taking Orders ship out May 1

Image

Decided this was the best route
1. Removes the steel on steel condition , saving rockshaft and Bracket wear.
2. Less expensive than steel
3. 1 year replacement warranty
4. Made of High Strength Polymer Delrin TM
5. Color Red

Have sent out several sets for fit and function.
Would like to get testing completed before money is exchanged.
I have tested and found to be a great replacement. but want to get a good test model.
Please do not let the non-steel bushing sway you the polymers of today are superior and used in the automotive industry with great success. relpacing steel in may areas
Delrin material was developed to replace bushings in many applications.
for its high strength , great wear resistance and self lubricating properties.

The cost will be for complete set(s)
T/C lift : $25.00 (Takes 2 Sets)
Manual lift : $45.00 (Takes 4 sets)
Please give style as the T/C and Manual lift bushings are different size
all costs include shipping and handling to continental US .
Canada will be slightly more will get cost before I ship.
Please PM with Quantity and type, Will put list together as not to miss any order.
Our company will eventuall have an online form
Please dont hesitate to call or PM with any Questions

Phil
i put the set you sent me on Flamey and put the 193 on and plowed the garden about an acre . the soil was still kinda wet but i plowed it anyway.......
waited a couple days and put the 144 cults on and went through the garden as deep as the cults would go to bust up the clods ...
the rockshaft bearings are a good fit ..
took up the play in the rockshaft bracket....
and seem to be a very good quality part that should last for years....

if anyone has sloppy bushings get ya a set of these you will like them....
Shoot low Sherriff they are Riding Shadows

I have one of the test sets, and they are a good fit and remove the play that was in the old ones, however the engine for that tractor is at machine shop due to rod bearing problems, so i can't load test them yet.

My test set will be installed this weekend and get a good work out at the Indy plow day.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

When ordering, let Rick oops, Phillip, know if your rockshaft is standard or converted hand lift. If you are not sure what you have, the converted hand lift looks like this

and a standard rockshaft

My set is installed (fit very nicely) but not tested yet. They'll be tested along side Barnyards, at the Indy event.

I just installed my set of rockshaft bushings from Phil Lenke, and the fit is perfect and they take ALL the slop out of the rockshaft bearing points. And they work in the field. I am very satisfied with them. I don't normally comment too much about stuff like this, but this is the exception. If anyone is needing a set, I highly recommend them.

I too would like to compliment Phil on a job well done. I installed my set of bushings over the weekend. They fit very well.

Nice job Phil :{_}: :{_}:
