A Good Couple Of Days!

Postby Cub-Bud » Tue Jan 04, 2005 10:39 pm

Yesterday and today, Russ drove over and helped Dad and I build the motor and install it on Rebel, Dad's '49. He and Dad replaced the welded front steering gear/radiator housing with an excellent replacement from JP Tractor Salvage and managed to swap out a rear tire. I am happy to report that Rebel is now back on all-fours and ready to have his final drives re-sealed later this week.

A big THANKS to Russ for all his help.

Looks like we'll be going over to Oxford tomorrow and put a re-built motor on one of Russ' lo-boys and tackle other cub-related jobs.

Ditto. He made a call or two and got my home phone repaired within 24 hrs. A feat we couldn't do in a month. 8)

Went over to Oxford today and helped Russ put the motor back on his lo-boy. Like Rebel, it's back on all fours now.
