Whats the best spark plug wires and where can I get them for a battery ignition Cub?

use a solid wire kit. most auto parts stores will carry them for tractors

Also if they are made for a Cub kits how do you fish them through the wire holder on the head?. I would guess by pulling the distributor end boots off Huh!!?.

The Brillman Company makes solid wire kits for the Cub with woven black fabric coverings like old style originals. They look good.
A kick in the pants is still a step forward.

The wire kits from Case/IH are universal...you cut them to fit your tractor. The kits are available for 4 and 6 cylinders. I can send you the part # if you need it. 8)
